Precautions Tips

The automatic water replenisher and the machine egg tray need to be kept on the same plane.

If you do not use it for a long time, you need to open the lid to cool the machine thoroughly and dehumidify the machine.

Hybrid spacing

5.One machine, three uses

Nurture
Breeding eggs must be fresh, generally fertilized eggs 4-7 days after laying are the best. The most suitable temperature for storing these fertilized eggs is 10-15°c

Incubation
In the last three days of the incubation cycle, the roller egg tray does not need to be removed when it is placed on the tray. The hatching net is placed on the egg tray, the eggs are placed, and the motor connection line is disconnected. It is recommended to add a water bottle to increase the humidity and spray warm water every day. Then wait for the chicks to peck their shells

Brood
After hatching, the chicks are left in the machine until the hair is dry. After the hair is dried, take it out from the machine and put it into a carton, and use a 100w bulb for lighting and heat preservation. After 7-10 days, slowly remove the temperature and raise them.

9.Built-in Egg-lighting Function

It is convenient to observe the development of hatching eggs and remove bad and dead eggs in time.

Guide to the egg-lighting

The first time: 5-6 days for chicken embryos, 7 days for duck embryos, and 8 days for goose embryos. The purpose is to observe the development of embryos and to pick out infertile eggs, dead embryos, and broken eggs. At this time, the embryo with normal development has a distinctive vascular network with a radial distribution, and the diffusion surface accounts for 4/5 of the egg body, and there is an obvious black dot when the egg is illuminated, commonly known as "single bead".
The second time: Chicken embryo in more than 10 days, duck and goose embryo in more than 20 days.
If you have no experience in candling eggs, it is recommended to do the first candling on the seventh day after hatching, and it is recommended to do it at night or in a dark environment. The speed of candling eggs should be fast, try to candle eggs at an ambient temperature above 77°F. Eliminate unqualified eggs in time to avoid the deterioration of unqualified eggs and affect the development of other eggs.

Incubation process

1. Install roller egg tray and automatic water replenishment.

2. Turn on the power.

3. Test the machine

Set the corresponding temperature according to the type of hatching eggs (no need to adjust when hatching chick eggs, the machine is set to the temperature of the hatching machine at 100.04°F).

4. Put hatching eggs

When the temperature reaches the set temperature (the actual temperature fluctuates by 32-33 does not affect), put the eggs horizontally placed in the incubator.

5. In the last three days of hatching, stop turning the egg plate, take out the rollers and put the eggs on the hatching net. Spray the eggs with warm water at about 104°F every day, just spray it until there are small water droplets on the egg, and wait for the chick to peck the shell. It is recommended to spray 4-6 times a day (if the environment is relatively dry, you can increase the number of water sprays according to the hatching situation). If the ambient temperature is above 68 °F, it is recommended to dry the eggs 1-2 times a day, about 2-10 minutes each time.

After coming out of the shell, keep it in the machine until the hair is dry, then take it out of the machine and put it in a carton.
